VISA INFORMATION

If you need a VISA to enter China, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. IEEE Communication Society will not refund author registrations or publish no show papers in IEEE Xplore due to VISA issues

VISA ASSISTANCE LETTERS:

IEEE WCNC 2013 can provide a letter to the following individuals: Authors of Technical or Workshop Papers, Keynote, Tutorial and Panel Speakers, Attendees who have a fully paid registration.

Visa letters will state only the facts:
• Conference title, dates and location
• If you are an author, speaker committee member, or attendee

To receive a visa letter with an official stamp on it, please follow the instructions below:

Technical and Workshop Paper Authors

Log into EDAS site, and find your paper.

Toward the bottom of the page, you will find in the properties column the words "visa letter", and beside it, an image of an envelope outlined in yellow.

Click on this envelope, and you will be able to confirm or change your address information reflected in the letter.

Then the system will generate the letter for your use.

All other Speakers and Attendees

VISA ASSISTANCE LETTER

1. You must register for the conference with full payment (online registration
available soon)

2. Send an email to the Local Arrangements Chair: xwang8@sjtu.edu.cn

Please check with your local Chinese Consulate for complete information on how to apply for a VISA to enter China.
