IEEE WCNC has arranged a group block at the Oriental Riverside Hotel directly connected to the Shanghai International Convention Center where all IEEE WCNC programs will be held. The hotel boasts 273 deluxe rooms, restaurants in different styles and diversified recreational and fitness facilities.

IEEE WCNC Group Rate is RMB 1200 per night plus 15% surcharge for Superior room with Garden view single room, breakfast included.
IEEE WCNC Group Rate is RMB 1400 per night plus 15% surcharge for Superior room with Bund view single room, breakfast included.

Additional Treats
1. The Hotel will provide complimentary welcoming flowers and fruits to all guest rooms.
2. The Hotel will provide complimentary daily Happy Hour Coupon to the guests who reserve a two-night stay.
3.The Hotel would provide complimentary laundry service for one shirt to guests who reserve a three-night stay.

Rooms are available from 2 April – 11 April 2013. Hotel cutoff date is 14 March 2013. We recommend you to book your accommodation as soon as possible since the group rate is subject to conditions and upon availabilities at the time of the reservation

Payment Conditions
A credit card is needed to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night charge. No show on guaranteed reservation will be subject to a reserved full-night charge.

Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE WCNC 2013 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms' attendee.
